Talipasak Beach, Romblon, Philippines

In the capital of Romblon, a few minutes south of Ginablan in the barangay of San Pedro, one of the highly recommended beach is Talipasak Beach. The reason it rates so high is because of it's high quality yet affordable price.

Snorkeling in Talipasak is simply fantastic, with it's crystal clear waters and an incredible diversity of marine life and beautiful corals just a few meters from the shore. The approximately half-mile stretch of fine sand and coral beach has plenty of broken pieces of earthenware and blue and white ceramics from the Ming dynasty. A sure sign of pre-colonial Chinese trade shipwreck site in the waters nearby.

San Pedro Beach Resort offer spotlessly clean cottages nicely built among tall trees. The room and bathroom have marble floors and there is hot water available. All the cottages are built in a row in front of the gorgeous beach. They have a beautiful garden and their restaurant's menu has a great variety of local and western dishes.
